- The sandel® correct medication labelling system™ provides an easy way to comply with joint commission and AORN guidelines for medication safety. With pre-printed, moisture-proof labels, a color-coding system to match medication containers to corresponding syringes, a choice of markers and other products, the correct medication labelling system contains everything needed to label medications on the sterile field.
- A variety of kits are available for the O.R. kits also available for surgery centers, cath-lab, pain management, interventional radiology, ophthalmic cases, and labour & delivery. Flags and other components also sold separately. Custom labels and kits available upon request.
- Kit contains: (2) Flags, (1) 4-in-1 Marker, (2) Sheets of 16 Preprinted Labels Designed for Interventional Radiology (Sterile)

- Two sets of pre-printed labels.
- Moisture and smear resistant.
- Will not tear or fall off when submerged in fluid.
- Coloured id flags with syringe id strip:
- Proprietary color-coded flag system increases visibility of labels and allows each medication container to be color-coded to its and corresponding syringe.
- Flags adhere to any surface yet leave no residue.
- Includes matching peel-off syringe id strip for easy identification.

- Write in appropriate information using a permanent marker.
- Adhere label onto syringe.
- Peel paper backing halfway back. Adhere label to flag surface. Use pre-printed or mark on labels.
- Peel paper backing off to expose adhesive. Coloured syringe labels will come off with backing.
- Adhere flag to outside of cup.
- Optional: remove adhesive backing from bottom of cup and then adhere to a surface.
- Peel off syringe label. Adhere corresponding coloured label to syringe barrel.
- Set specimen strip and marking pen on back table.
- Place specimen on square. Write specimen name directly on pad. Using permanent ink.
- Optional: Identify left or right. Use numbers or letters to count specimens.
