Our company is currently seeking a Bookkeeper PT/FT to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company. This is a part-time position with the possibility of transition to full-time employment.
Responsibilities:
- Processing accounts payables/receivables.
- Reconciliation of invoices, packing slips, and related transactions.
- Creating sales tracing reports for rebate submission and tracking.
- Perform data entry and administrative duties.
- Provide customer service to business partners.
- Perform special projects on an as-needed basis.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and Word Required
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Must have strong organizational and communication skills
- Salary commensurate with experience
