Our company is currently seeking a Bookkeeper PT/FT to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company. This is a part-time position with the possibility of transition to full-time employment.


  • Processing accounts payables/receivables.
  • Reconciliation of invoices, packing slips, and related transactions.
  • Creating sales tracing reports for rebate submission and tracking.
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties.
  • Provide customer service to business partners.
  • Perform special projects on an as-needed basis.


  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and Word Required
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Must have strong organizational and communication skills
  • Salary commensurate with experience
