• Temperature of Use: In manual applications use 90° to 120°F (32° to 49°C). In automated systems follow washer manufacturer's instructions or settings. Best results obtained at 120° to 160°F (49° to 71°C).

• It will help condition and protect instrument surfaces but does not specifically lubricate jointed items.
• ProClense plus is a non-foaming, multi-purpose, concentrated cleaner for surgical grade stainless steel, titanium coated steel, copper and brass instruments.
• ProClense plus is formulated primarily as an instrument cleaner, but it also conditions metal-to-metal parts.
• ProClense plus is intended to clean and condition surgical grade stainless steel instruments in manual instrument cleaning systems, ultrasonic cleaners and automated washers or cart washers.
• Product Capabilities:
  • ProClense plus, in one step, will quickly loosen and remove organic soils from instruments, reduce mineral deposits and reduce corrosion while conditioning metal surfaces to improve the function of jointed and hinged items.
  • ProClense plus is non-foaming and ideal for use in high pressure, high impingement instrument washers and cart washers.
• Use Precautions:
  • ProClense plus is not intended for use with lensed equipment.
  • Do not soak items in ProClense plus for prolonged periods (over two hours) or overnight.
  • ProClense plus is a mild irritant.
  • Prolonged skin contact may cause mild irritation or redness.
  • Wear safety goggles or face shield and water resistant gloves when using ProClense plus.
