POSEY® Deluxe Guard Rail Pads help protect patients from injury by closing some of the gaps along the mattress side rails and cushioning the side rails.
They are available with a full-length window (5605W) to help caregivers continuously monitor patients, while allowing patients to see out from their beds.
Each Deluxe Guard Rail Pad attaches with hook-and-loop straps and is made of durable, firm density foam and covered in soft, water repellent vinyl.
Constructed of durable 1" (3 cm) thick foam and features hook-and-loop straps for easy removal.
Wipe-clean vinyl cover.
Optional full length window model allows for continuous patient monitoring and hinders side rail entrapment.

Direction:

Inspect product prior to use. DO NOT use soiled or damaged products.
Raise the side rails to the "up" position. Separate the hook and loop straps.
Position the side rail pad on the inside of the side rail with the straps facing out away from the bed. The top strap section should hang over the side rail.
Pull each strap tight around the vertical side rail bar and secure (Model 5605W only).
Check for proper fit. Modified beds may not be compatible with Posey Deluxe Guard Rail Pads.
